EMANATION

It is my choice to open my heart and lay bare my soul.
To share what I know, in hope that you may benefit from any small part of it.
Be kind to yourself women.
And in choosing men, seek out those that are kind to you.
Honor yourself and know that what daddy failed to give you,
You should not seek in a mate.
That which you lack, be it confidence, self esteem, appreciation, self-worth,
Know that the only way these gifts can be owned,
is by looking inside and healing yourself,
loving yourself,
appreciating yourself,
and valuing yourself.

Know that self-improvement is a worthy goal.
But don’t hate yourself for not having completed the journey.
Accept your faults,
And by accepting them, they will lessen.
Accept your body,
And by accepting it, it will become more pleasing to you.
Accept your age,
And by accepting it, you can revel in your wisdom and experience.

We were not put here to suffer by our own hand.
We were not put here to walk in the shadow of others.
The same divine breath flows through us all.
It is our personal duty to rediscover our own pure purpose.
To chip away at our shell of criticism, judgement, insult and insecurity
And unleash the wonderful joy of being that which exists within us all.

We must learn not to judge others. For by speaking ill of them, we speak ill of ourselves.
We must learn to look into every human being and appreciate the good that lies in the soul of that person.
That good will reflect the good in ourselves, and will lead us to a knowledge of a higher goal that extends beyond the boundaries of the physical world.

We must know that even when the body falls away, the soul will continue to live on.

For everyone who ever was, and everyone who will ever be, is a part of a Universal Energy that flows through us all.

For that we can be grateful.
For that we can be joyous.
For that we can be kind…
To all creatures of this beautiful earth.
